Play Book Tag discussion

College student Darby Thorne is headed to Utah to see her mother who she has just learned has pancreatic cancer. Unfortunately Darby gets caught in a blizzard while traveling through the Colorado mountains. She finds a rest stop where 4 other people have taken shelter from the storm. While trying to find a cell signal to check on her mother Darby discovers a young girl locked in an animal crate in the back of one of the cars. Darby decides she has to rescue the girl. For a thriller I found this book pretty believable. Darby makes choices I could imagine someone actually making if they were ever stuck in this situation. There's plenty of action and a few gruesome parts. Overall a good read.

This sounds thrilling! And you mentioning the characters make real life-like decisions is a huge bonus! I feel like believable characters in these types of books are so rare.
