Home for the HolidaysHome for the Holidays
There is some confusion about the listing for this title, HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS by Erin Zak.
The Bold Strokes Books edition Home for the Holidays was scheduled for publication in December 2022 but the book was entirely canceled and the contract with the author terminated. The listing was already live on Amazon and the metadata was ingested by GR, and even though the book did not ever exist in any form, we could not get the listing removed from GR.
The author, Erin Zak, has now written a book with that same title Home for the Holidays and it's scheduled for publication shortly. It is now circulating to reviewers in ARC.
Unfortunately, the zombie Bold Strokes Books listing is still there and the first reviewer to post a review mistakenly posted their review (on October 15, 2023) on the Bold Strokes Books edition of the book (which never existed in any form, not in draft or ARC and certainly not published).
FIRST:
Please move the review posted on October 15, 2023 to the correct edition of the book Home for the Holidays
SECOND:
Please remove the zombie Bold Strokes Books listing Home for the Holidays entirely. It never existed.
If for some reason you can't remove this listing, can you please correct the book's date to December 2022 to distinguish between this and the book that is about to be released.

Thank you for your help here. I know you have tight policies about completeness but it would be a shame if the reviews for a book that does exist got left on a book that does not exist.

If the Bold Strokes edition was never published and no ARCs went out, it may be possible to merge it. However, given that it has ISBN and cover and is listed online at a number of retailers, the author/publisher would be best off contacting Support: https://www.goodreads.com/about/conta...

In the meantime, the author can set the current edition as the default so that it will show up in search and on her profile: https://help.goodreads.com/s/article/...
