Hi everyone! I've been a member of this page since 2015 but have never recorded anything that I've done during the read-a-thon. I have participated in years past by telling family members to leave me laone or they will see ky inner book dragon, and it wont be pretty 😅. I've been snooping at other people's posts and realize i have a LOT to catch up on in regards to recording my 24 hours. I have a few books picked out that i want to get knocked out of the TBR pile. I will definitely bw poating updates this year. Good luck to everyone and may the odds be ever in our favor 😉

*Final Thoughts and Reflections*Finished: Shining in the Dark Anthology & Peter Pan
Favorite Book Read: the book that I'm still reading, Home to Big Stone Gap, followed by Peter Pan, then the Shining in the Dark Anthology.
Which book I would recommend: Peter Pan. Everyone knows the story through Disney, but there's so much in the book that Disney doesn't touch on or include, and I think the book provides so much more insight. It also solidifies the Peter Pan Theory (which wouldn't be a theory if people read the book).
Total pages read: 430
Favorite place to read: it is a toss up between sitting outside on my patio or in bed. If it weren't so windy I would've spent more time outside reading. Bed is where I accomplished most of my reading.
Favorite snack/meal: probably dinner... pizza and salad. Something I could eat while still reading.
Favorite beverage: I drank all of my favorite beverages, but next Thon I need to drink more water.
# of total interuptions: technically 9 if I include my last 6 hours of the read a thon sleeping. heh.
