Tessa doesn't understand how she once sided with the rebels. So much has changed over the past two years, it's crazy to think about.
As a child, Tessa and her family were always at odds. Her family was very much firmly behind the King. Not the Queen. But the King. When King Adrian took the throne, her parents celebrated for at least a month. Because they adore King Adrian so much, they didn't really take kindly to their only daughter coming out as a lesbian. Due to her upbringing, Tessa wanted to do whatever she could to help the rebels. Except for joining the rebels herself. She may have admired the leader, Aubree, but Tessa didn't want to get involved. As much as she hated her parents, she couldn't imagine them getting a letter with her dead corpse. So, instead of fighting, Tessa tried to spread awareness around the village about how bad the royals are. How the Crimson Rebels knew what's best for Amandla.
But now? Now that those Crimson scum has separated her from Evelyn, her love? And her found family? She couldn't hate anyone more. She is determined to get back to Evelyn. Back to Evelyn's children. Because they can not be dead. They just can't. And if she must, she will destroy Aubree Contessa if it is the last thing that she does.

The story of Gabriella Hart begins with her two parents, mother Danielle and father Christian. At the age of 17, Danielle gave birth to her first and only baby girl, Gabriella. The family of three struggled every day. They were poor and had almost no possessions. As Gabriella grew older, she was expected to hit the streets to collect money for the family. The first time her father hit her was when she was ten years old. Gabriella had found an apple on the ground, and instead of putting it in with the dinner pile like she'd been taught to, a starving Gabriella hastily ate the fruit before getting caught. However, just as she swallowed the last bite, her father walked in, catching her red handed. The abuse grew worse as Gabriella grew older. When she was 13, her parents left. Or so she thought. Truly, they were murdered by the Crimson Rebels, but teenage Gabriella had no idea. She was alone. She resorted to stealing off markets on the street. Until one rainy day when she was 15. A man came up to her, handed her a bag of brand new shoes, brand new clothes, and left. From that day on, she decided she was going to be good. No more stealing, no more deception, no more living in the past. She took the clean shoes and replaced her ragged ones, but kept her old clothes. She went up to the market place and sold every article, keeping the money close to her. The little amount was the most she'd ever held in her life. Instead of stashing it, she walked up to the markets she'd stolen from in the past and left a share of the money with the owner before walking off. As an older adult, Gabriella taught herself the things her parents didn't, earning herself a job as an elementary school teacher at the local school. In her free time, she volunteers at charity organizations and also the local hospital. She goes out of her way to help those in need. She thinks about her parents every day, but she doesn't let their terrible persona's get in the way of her own pathway.

She is a true embodiment of kindness, always going above and beyond to put a smile on someone's face or lend a helping hand. PERSONALITY
Arden is distrusting and cold to everyone he isn’t close with. Part of it is because he’s had his trust broken by the people he was supposed to trust most, and the other part is out of fear of losing them. With people they are close to, they tend to be awkward and untalkative. He usually just lets other people keep the conversation going. He tends to hide his feelings from others whenever they're upset about something, no matter how close he is to them. His typical reaction to stress is anger and he has quite a sharp tongue. If you push them about something too much, they’ll probably snap at you. Piss him off enough, and he’ll dig into every insecurity he thinks you have. Personality: Rebel is very vengeful after the deaths of his sisters. He is very unstable after the event as well. Rebel is very blunt and isn't afraid of saying what is on his mind. He is very sneaky which is one of the main reasons why he is a scout for the rebels. Last but not least Rebel is very stubborn try to tell him no he won't listen to you whatsoever.
History: Rebel was once a happy person. But that all changed on one fateful day. Rebel was almost home when he heard a loud bang from somewhere. Rebel looked around after he heard the loud bang. When Rebel couldn't find the source of the loud noise, he started walking to his house again. When Rebel got home, he was distraught as on the floor were the bodies of his sisters.
Shorty after the Crimson's took over Rebel was soon out of a job. He didn't know what to do with his life after all the king was no longer in control. Rebel eventually turned to be a mercenary simply to make ends meet. Truth be told its Rebel's top client who killed his sisters. Rebel is still on a mission to avenge his sister's death.

Personalty: Kylo may act cold on the outside but he’s a big softy by heart. When he’s no being cold to people he has a big presence, he can light up a room. Just don’t get into a competition with him, because we all know how that will end up. When Kylo gets angry he flare up quickly and he’d yell, it would soon escalate if someone caused more problems for him. If he was sad he’ll crave attention from people he cares about, thinking he needs it to actually be seen. Now, Kylo is on vacation to find inspiration for his music and so he can get his most famous German Pretzel rolls. Kylo had came to this kingdom not knowing anything ithad been a good place to settle down for a vacation, while he was on vacation he noticed that people had decided to over throw their royals. He didn’t find that uncommon because the people of his old kingdom did the same but that was because the royals were all tyrants and never helped their people.

- Beau was born into a noble family, one of high status and wealth. His father, Cynfael, worked for the royals, providing his family with a comfortable living and an entitlement for the ages. The De la Poles were raised on eccentric parties, elegant literature, lofty expectations, and close connections with the inner-workings of the kingdom. As a young boy, Beau attended more profound functions, only catching a glimpse of his parents' wild life when they hosted their feral festivities. He grew up believing that to be a normal life. The expensive meals, the luxurious fabrics of his clothes, his privilege. Beau never knew this to be a distinct matter of his own life.
- During his preteen, and well into his teen, years, Beau was victim to quite an amount of bullying. He attended a prestigious academy, one run by nobles for children of noble families. Because of the way Beau presented himself and his natural way of simple existence, some of the children would often mock and even shove him around. Beau was an intelligent and witty child, though, and he was never afraid of how he was. Even when he was younger, Beau was always flamboyant and... well, loud about who he was. He spoke in outrageous words and dressed in ways that stood out. His parents weren't exactly proud of him, and home life was harder the more complaints they received.
- He'd heard whispers, of course, of rebellion, but he was young and gossip was irrelevant. He was twenty-five when the rebellion reared its ugly head. Beau was shocked to find that there were genuine supporters of this rogue and outlandish band of fiends. The Queen was incapacitated and everything began to fall apart. Suddenly, Beau's status meant nothing, his entire life was derailed and nothing made sense. Before, his whole life was perfect, and now, the whole kingdom was in ruin--metaphorically speaking, because it wasn't entirely in ruin.
- During what Beau has dubbed "The Collapse," he struggled to find a semblance of normalcy. His life had been turned upside down, to say the least. Being a supporter of the ex-royals, of course, he found that a majority of those who roamed the chaotic kingdom were, in fact, the opposite. He'd run into many hostiles trying to find his place, and it didn't help that he was of a noble family. His previous status, before "The Collapse," was well known, as was his family. This made him, while not a target, recognizable. Beau quickly found that in order to stay safe, he would have to adapt a... lesser style.
- After "The Collapse," Beau had finally managed an in-between. He still dressed up, styled and dolled, though he fit in more. He no longer reeked of high-society, but rather that he could more easily avoid conflict. This is more of present time, where he's finding out how to manage his balance, his past privilege, and sense of entitlement.

Description:
They’re a quiet person, and at first glance they seem quite shy. They can be, around new people, but once you get to know them they can be wild and a little crazy. Around new people they can be outgoing in little ways, though they’re mostly introverted. If they see a piece of clothing someone’s wearing that catches their eye, they’ll give the wearer a compliment, or if they see someone with a pet or a child that person is automatically more likable to them.
Their personality tends to be a bit abrasive to certain kinds of people- they can be harsh, blunt. And if someone gives them a hard time, they can give it right back, with a sharp wit and wicked sarcasm. Verbal sparring can be fun for them, so while they tend to be quieter around new people, it can be hard to resist the temptation to mess with people and see what they’re made of.

History
Summary: They were born into a lower class family, and their mom died giving birth- a rough start for a kid growing up with a dad who blamed them for their mother’s death. They weren’t allowed to go to school- most of their life they were illiterate, and could barely do basic math. They moved out of their father’s house at 13, got a job at a farm owned by a couple that took pity on her and had them join their much younger daughter in private classes.
They learned quickly, and were reading novels not long after starting. New worlds opened up for them, and they loved stories of creatures, fairies, and all things fantasy.
Aizlee and Tori, the daughter of the couple that owned the farm, became fast friends, and were soon inseparable, Iz helping Tori with her studies and chores, and Tori helping Aizlee with the animals and crops they took care of.
Max, Tori’s father, fell ill. Aizlee took up studying medicines and extended his life for two years until he died. The loss had a major impact on everyone involved, especially Izzy. They felt that they were personally at fault for the tragic series of events. They threw themself into their studies, and became determined to learn the art of healing.
