Sodium.dia | 2 comments Hi authors!

I would love to hear from authors or aspiring authors how you use Goodreads as a platform to boost your platform? What do you use the site for and what do you think it does well? What do you wish Goodreads could do to further help you? If you could add features, what would you add?

Any insights are greatly appreciated!

E.M. Jeanmougin | 6 comments I post reviews about books I liked and share our newsletter/updates on the blog section of my profile. Sometimes it seems to help with discoverability. Being active in a forum or two can also be helpful. Basically just use the platform as intended, but with a link back to your webpage so folks can follow up and learn more about your work. If they like reading your reviews, they might like reading your books too. It is definitely a slow process though.

Hello. I submitted my latest book 'Why Now' for a free giveaway for the first time a couple months ago. I don't know if the books that were given free to readers, were they suppose to read and give reviews. That process was not clear. I only got three reviews from the promotion. Would like feedback or some direction.
