will is drawn out, unsociable, and constantly on the move, seemingly in a consistently dazed state of mind. before amandla was taken over, he found solace in his room, residing there when he needed a place to get away from everything. nowadays, william never stops moving, unable to take a single breath, a single moment of peace. he’s constantly on the run, eyes wide and alert. having an abusive past leads him to be a strong outside survivor. he doesn’t talk to anyone, knows how to find cover quickly, and has severe trust issues. he keeps to himself at all times, especially now. he isn’t the prince that everyone used to know as soft and obedient. he no longer treasures the sun. instead, he shies away and prowls in the cold dark, watching from afar. his tone has drifted away from kind and considerate — he’s all bark and no bite. although william may be self-reserved, he’s strong-willed and quick-witted. his once warm gaze and calloused hands have turned into brutal daggers, fingers with blisters and stitches. nobody knows what’s up with him, nor do they remember him much, but those who stumble upon this frightened figure know something is wrong. and maybe it isn’t his fault. maybe this ex-prince is scared of being caught alive, or.. perhaps, just maybe, red handed, framed of tracking traces and consulting memories, accused of a long gone sinners actions.

coincidentally, william probably has one of the worst family histories throughout the modern age of the kingdom. he grew up with both parents, and being the youngest prince made him have older siblings constantly over his shoulder. he didn’t have all the attention go to him, even when he was born. times were stressful and there were economic dangers arising. there had been new conspiracy theories about a rebel society. these sudden foes had put his parents through hell and back as they attempted to put a halt to their misfit activities. meaning: by the time will was of the ripe year of eight, he was pretty much forgotten about. he decided to entertain himself by picking dandelions, using charcoals to make elaborate designs on paper, and trying to get closer to his siblings. his mother had noticed, and she gave him and his siblings their first pet — a black kitten named mickey. the cat usually remained with will, sleeping on his beds pillows throughout the day. unluckily, the cat passed away only a few years later. the king had been awfully drunk, and had unintentionally killed off the poor animal. they never had another pet after that, all the royal siblings being too traumatized. things only ever got worse from there. and while will discovered sexualities, his father and mother were in their room fighting at a constant rate… well, lets skip to the point. his father became an abusive alcoholic and drug addict. only a few selective people know the rest. will doesn’t talk about anything after that. he hasn’t touched the subject in years. so now he’s by himself. you’ll have to find out what happened by yourself.. if you dare. ask too many questions and you might not be here to get answers.

Growing up under the spotlight had taken having a normal childhood away from Adrian. He always had to watch what he said and never really got to live his life. Adrian loved playing soccer until his studies got in the way. And while Adrian loved his family dearly, he found it hard to express certain thoughts or feelings. He often feared disappointment or losing the ones he loved most. This has stemmed from his sister. His sister, Amy, who abandoned the kingdom a long time ago was Adrian's absolute best friend. Adrian and Amy would run around the palace, acting like complete and udder fools. But then they grew up. Amy fell in love with a woman from the village. Adrian will always believe that Amy had been tricked into falling in love with the woman and had been brainwashed into leaving without saying goodbye. It is here where Adrian's hatred of the LGBT+ community bloomed. Over the years, he has become cold, abusive, and brash. He loved his children. Really. Well, most of them. He secretly believes that his wife cheated on him with another man and was impregnated with his youngest son, William. No way that thing has his blood. He'd be damned if that thing gets the throne when it was time to pass it along. The Crimsons are his top priority, but he doesn't know what he could do to overtake them. They're everywhere and Adrian hates it with every fiber of his being. And now that they're in charge? Well.. what does Adrian have to lose? He's known to be dead all over the kingdom.
Adrian is all about control and manipulation. His entire thing is about making people feel small and vulnerable. His sense of entitlement is off the charts, and he can't stand the idea of anyone challenging his authority. Behind closed doors, Adrian is even more of a monster. He gets off on hurting people - physically and mentally. He's a real piece of work, not giving a second thought to innocent people caught in the crossfire of his revenge mission. Here's the thing, though. Adrian's abusiveness comes from a place of deep insecurity. He's terrified of losing his power and control over others, and the Crimsons did a number on his ego. So, he's lashing out in any way he can to try and prove he's still the big man in charge. But he's still dead, remember? Yeah. Totally. Yasmine Ilta Gille was the product of the well received pairing of Lady Lorena, a cousin to the reigning monarch of the kingdom of Amandla, and head knight Sir Rami Gille. From a young age, Yasmine was immersed in a life of privilege and education. She attended prestigious schools that nurtured her artistic talents and mathematical acumen, preparing her for a future laden with responsibilities.
Though the girl was academically gifted, she always preferred to fool around. There was never much worry in the young child’s life and she never feared consequences nor really understood them. Her idyllic and rather spoiled upbringing took a dark turn when her mother fell victim to a debilitating illness during Yasmine's teenage years. None of the maids or physicians could find the root cause or cure for Lorena’s sickness, and she succumbed to it quickly. There were whispers of Rami Gille having night-time meetings with women known to dabble in occult affairs. As gossip ran of the knight somehow cursing his late wife and bringing upon her death, Yasmine grew apart from him, and the girl separated herself from her father out of suspicion and grief.
As the years passed, Yasmine became more involved in the social circles of the upper echelon of Amandla. At the age of 18, fate thrust her into a position of authority. Due to her involvement in the court, her blood relation, and her academic prowess, she was bestowed the title of Dutchess by the royal Hordon-Lancaster family. Yasmine became the ruler of the prosperous territory of Renoa, a quaint sector of the kingdom. She saw potential in its dullness almost immediately. For a decade, Yasmine skillfully navigated the intricate web of politics and governance, transforming Renoa into a beacon of wealth and culture. Her rule was marked by opulence and prosperity. Yasmine orchestrated the export of fine artisan goods, including fabrics, textiles, art, and technology, turning Renoa into a hub of commerce. She was not merely a ruler; she was a maestro, orchestrating events with flair and precision. And oh how much fun she had. Her elaborate parties were the talk of the land. Throwing costume balls, masquerades and parades, Yasmine would wear revealing garments made of lush fabrics, luxuriously and eccentrically accessorized. Her reign was one of wine and entertainment. Her numerous lovers, both men and women, only added to her mystique.
Like throwing a finely blown glass on a marble floor, the Crimson rebels rise shattered Yasmine’s reign. Despite her strategic planning and the desperate efforts of her guard, the rebels' insurgency proved unstoppable. The once-illustrious and glamorous duchy of Renoa succumbed to their power, and Yasmine faced the harsh reality of defeat.
Shocked and destroyed by the seizing of her playground, her once-beautiful territory, Yasmine made her escape. Fleeing far away, splintering off from her surviving maids and escorts, she sought refuge in a distant village. To elude those who sought to bring her to justice, she concealed her true identity. No longer the beguiling Dutchess of Renoa, she took on the name Vada and was able to blend in finding work in a bar in the village. Hiding her identity was not too difficult, as without her extreme fashions, she could easily play along as a village minx, selling her company to those who would pay the right amount. Yasmine still waits however for an opportunity to take back her power, reclaim the kingdom from those who took it from her. She hopes that somewhere out there, the other royals have survived, and that they can enact their revenge.

The king, who he expected to be good, was an awful ruler and was incredibly unkind to Aren. Aren kept his distance from the queen, who reminded him of his mother. Because of his past, he has severe trust issues- but he is still incredibly kind, and once you get past his trust issues, he will do anything for you and will give you quite the princess/prince treatment, even if you aren’t his lover.

⇀ Annaliya Blackwell is constantly angry, but she’s become incredibly talented in how she hides it. She’s incredibly confident to the point that she’s cocky, and she’s also incredibly dangerous. She’s very witty and intelligent, and is constantly making veiled threats. She rarely respects anybody, and has a very snarky and ‘come at me’ attitude. She always needs to be in control, with both hands on the wheel, and will do almost anything to make it that way. If she grows to care about somebody, however, she will do anything for them- kill, die, torture, etc- and would do anything to make them happy. She also melts when she’s with the people he loves, and puts her whole heart into the one she loves most
⇀ Annaliya’s mother was an extreme narcissist, and never ceased to manipulate her and her brother to get anything she wanted. Annaliya was a stage performer for her mother, dancing and singing even when she was sick or injured. If she performed badly, she would be beaten and would be forced to do the same performance the next day. Annaliya was a shy and broken child when her mother sold her to a brothel because her performances ‘weren’t good enough’. She eventually broke out of the brothel and went to find her brother, Aren, who helped her get a place with the guards. She trained with him and became an incredible fighter
