Someone posted a quote from an old edition of this book, where the quoted text contained an error that has since been corrected by the publisher. Is it possible to update the quote?

The correction: delete the words "or Ancient Greek".

Now this is an interesting question. Since this quote was accurately reflected I'm not sure! Can a librarian who works a lot with quotes weigh in please.
