I posted in the group forever ago. I'm actually going to show up tonight!

The meeting is on Wednesday night! It was changed at the last meeting. Same time and same place, just a different day of the week.

Sorry!!! I updated the meeting date in the meeting schedule thread but forgot to update it in the heading of this thread.

We moved the meeting because Eric met the author and think he may be able to Skype him into the meeting. If so, it should make for a really cool meeting.

That will be exciting! I enjoyed the book.

I had a good time last night. It was good to meet you guys. If you couldn't tell, I get a little excited talking about books. I'm looking forward to coming back next month.

We are always glad to have new people. We are the same core group that has been together for quite a few years now, and we are pretty used to each others opinions and ideas. It's nice to have new people join the group and give some different opinions. Or at least just have a new face. We're quirky, but we're nice :o) Hope you stick around.

We're pretty agreeable to reading whatever everyone wants. Eric got his zombie strippers of the apocalypse (He pushed that book forever until we gave in! We still joke about it), so orcs in space sounds good to me. We vote on books like we did, but feel free to go over to the shelves and bring back whatever looks good to be voted on. Anyone can grab books for voting.
