What about this one? It's been on my list for quite some time.
Brain on Fire: My Month of Madness by Susannah Cahalan
A book I loved and wouldn't mind re-reading is Eliza and Her Monsters by Francesca Zappia. It's Young Adult and does, in fact, have a mental health aspect.

I don't have a book suggestion of my own at this moment in time, but I like the look of this one. Happy to join in the monthly book reads. 😊
I would be happy to reread any Mariana Zapata book and I think many people have already read them or have them on their tbr, so I think they are a good choice!
alone with you in the ether by olivie blake! (under 400 pages, average 4 star rating, and has a mental health aspect)
Love this! I think is a great idea, and will keep me out of a slump when things go meh in my personal life! I’ve seen Olivia Blake - Alone with you in the ether mentioned, so I will back that suggestion up! I had it in my TBR forever!!

From January 2024 we will begin a Monthly Book Read. This is where we will "attempt" to read the same book and share our thoughts in discussion posts.
Please comment below your book recommendations to start the year strong!
A good suggestion is a book with no more than 400 pages and has an average of a 4 star rating. Hopefully throughout the year we will read a selection of genres to cater to everyone's interests.
Bonus points if the book has a "mental health" aspect about it.
Can't wait to see your suggestions!
