This was one of the best! Garwood is fantastic when it comes to crafting her characters with the scenes they appear in. This is one of the best at showing Finn as the hero is really is.

I loved this first chapter. In fact, I thought it was the best chapter in the book. Garwood does a great meet cute and this "pre-meet cute" was good for me!

I loved this. I could feel Finn's anxiety as he tried to get through the adults to Peyton and trying to revive her. I loved how his parents prepared to pay for damages when Peyton's family came over to thank Finn.

It was a great pre-meet cute. Peyton couldn't help herself from idolizing Finn--good looking, fearless, and an over-achiever.
