Do you want a SoC 3?

I'm personally conflicted about this because as much as I love my crows and really want more of them, I'm scared that a soc 3 might 'mess it up' in a sense
Honestly, I don’t. I love and I miss those characters that’s for sure, but I think Crooked Kingdom has a very good ending and another book would most definitely end up ruining it. I also think that the chance of Leigh killing one of the main characters (mainly Kaz) in a sequel is high. I seem to remember she actually said something like that once.
@ashes & diamonds same like I'd love more Crow content, I'm afraid it might be a mistake. I think novellas would work much better. There should be 3: one novella that takes place before SoC (maybe from Helnik's POV), one that takes place after SoC/before Crooked Kingdom (maybe from Wesper's POV), and one that takes place after Crooked Kingdom (maybe from Kanej's POV)
I would love any new book from her, but one focusing on the Crows gang - even if it's just a novella or whatever - would actually make me go crazy, I love them so much.
YES, YES, YES, PLEASE! I need that book. SPOILERS:
I don't care if there are not six Crows, I just need the ending to Kanej's story. I cried so hard with Matthias' death, and I know I will cry if there's a new book, but I just need it with all my heart.

I agree that we need more of Kanej!
If it means killing off anymore of our crows, definitely not. I don’t think i could survive lmao. But as much as i miss the characters, i don’t think a third is necessary. The end of Crooked Kingdom was a satisfactory conclusion for everyone (tho we get another glimpse of them in RoW) and I’m thankful for how it was round up. It has left me fantasizing their futures and how they ended up healing together (mainly Kanej, but of course the others as well). I love them all dearly & imagine only the best for the rest of their lives.
I personally think that Crooked Kingdom came to a satisfactory end and I don’t want a 3rd one, it would feel stretched and unnaturally. Compared to SoC and Crooked Kingdom, there’s nothing left to say. As much as Helvars death made me cry I couldn’t imagine another one dying, it could drag the series and make readers to not want to read the other Grishaverse books. As much as I love the crows a third book could ruin everything, especially killing Kaz? I know a lot of people who have read SoC and said Kaz was the best part and always had something either dumb or rude to say which added to the book so much.
There was a tweet/post awhile ago that said if there was to be a third SoC Leigh would kill off Kaz, I’m unsure if this is 100% true. Just what lots of other people have told me about it
Yeah, just saw it. I don't believe it true, honestly, but I did see the post. I don't think I would survive to his death...
No because crooked kingdom really wrapped up the whole story with all of them. But, would I like little novellas with all of them (besides Matthias) yes. ❤️❤️
yes and noif leigh wants one other crow to die in soc 3 then no, i don’t want it. but she (?) posted six of crows 3 on goodreads, didn’t she? i hope she will publish it. i need more kanej and wesper content as well as nina’s interaction with every other crow. also, my soc editions collection surely needs another book and i have some tears left to cry
Anyone remember how in one of the Q&As at one of the books Bardugo said she write Helnik banter to cheer herself up after writing some scenes? Yeah well she needs to release those before I go crazy.
i think that instead of a full book, we get little short stories of the crows interactions and little adventures
Honestly I just want an anthology of little adventures with the crows! I think it would be really fun and honestly I’ll take any scraps

YES!! at first i though that third book is unnecessary but then i read row and i think it would be amazing
No, the duology is a masterpiece already. I prefer to leave the ending as it is and let my imagination wonder what their life would be after the heist.
Personally, I have no idea. Part of me is so excited and wants a third SoC book, but I'm scared what Bardugo will put in it, and the duology is already perfect...the ending of Crooked Kingdom is just *chefs kiss*. I think a novella, or book of short stories would definitely be better
As much as I love these books, I'd say actually no, because crooked kingdom was a perfct ending for Inej and Kaz and their enemies. And I don't want another character to die

YESSSSS!!!! ❤️
If I was rational I'd actually think about my answer to this and think about what a Six of Crows (w/o Matthias :() would mean for the Grishaverse, but alas I am not rational and my only answer to this question is YES. YES I DO WANT A SoC #3. VERY MUCH.
On one hand, I REALLY wanna know what happens to the crows, but are they really six of crows without Mattias 😭
I think the SoC storyline was wrapped up pretty well. I would like to see the Crows as reoccurring characters in other stories though. It would be like a little treat 🐦⬛
i do want a soc 3 like when their all a lil older and like inej comes back from sea and they reunite and evb comes back together 😍😍😍😍😍 like the way i would run for that book
I agree with many people that I’m conflicted. Crooked Kingdom provided the perfect ending, however, I miss my crow babies so much and yearn for more. I’m afraid that in the new book Bardugo would likely kill off another crow and I can’t handle that. Not to mention reading about the crows would feel so wrong without my Matthias 😭. Also it’s not being talked about a lot on here (I don’t think. I didn’t read all the comments) but the end of ROW was a cliffhanger and I need answers. All in all if she comes out with another I will be thrilled, but if she doesn’t I will always wonder what happens with that cliffhanger but at least no one else is dying.
Y’all just reaaaally need to read the King Of Scars duology- we get a Nina comeback and in the end of rule of wolves we have our crows back together again. Also, no. I don’t want a SOC without MATTHIAS AUGH
Yes. But I’m still recovering (2 years ) from Matthias ‘s death. I heard that leigh harduri is wrinint a book with kaz as a main character : called Letters to ketterdam- search for it on Amazon
honestly no, I think the ending of crooked kingdom gave decent closure and personally i wasn't a huge fan of kos/row, the way her writing seems to be veering in general. not to mention, i've heard a soc3 would be based on the queen of ravka having a mission for kaz which to me reads more as a side plot than book worthy---ck left an ambiguous ending with the council of tides which would be a much better plot imo but it seems as though she's forgotten about that ^^;. the whole debacle with bardugo aging up the crows in the dregs edition also kinda worries me that it wouldn't keep that same charm that soc and ck had.

(Btw I haven’t read RoW, so maybe my opinion would change if I did)
