I read it about 6 months ago along with the rest of the series, I liked this one fairly less than the others. Right now, I am reading The Brothers Hawthorne.

Piper Rettig Ya but is it a prequel or does it happen in between the year where Avery lives at Hawthorne House?

I read it a while ago and really liked it. The main thing I remember not liking though was how rushed the last 40 or 50 pages were, where the pacing of the story just went full steam ahead.
