Hi, marked the proof as Invalid, which will hide it away from author pages and Goodreads Search shortly.

Next time, please bump your original post by adding a reply to it rather than creating a duplicate thread for the same issue. Members of this group are volunteer GR members (not paid) so it takes a bit of luck to come across someone willing to help.
