Yea my Mom has never read the series before and just recently watched the movies, so when she gets to New Moon, I'll be reading it with her lol
OMG this is my #2 of them all!I can't get enough of it. Yes there's a major lack of Edward, but I love this book because we get the introduction of Jacob and the wolves.
I've started my reread of New Moon. Currently on p. 145, ch. 7. This is my second favorite of the Twilight books.
At the very beginning when I got into the books (and movies), I was all Team Edward. Over time that has changed the more I got into the books and movies. Now I'm Team Edward to an extent. I ship him and Bella, but it's Jake and the wolves that are my favorite characters. And I love all the descriptions in NM when it comes to the pack.
I actually loved this book a lot more than I thought I would!! I absolutely fell in love with the friendship Bella and Jacob formed; however, Bella tended to annoy me with the Edward hallucinations and the way she essentially used Jacob to envision Edward. Overall though this is easily a 4/5⭐️ book for me!!
I love this book - Bella along with Edward keep me interested - Jacob plays a good roll in the story but I just lean towards Edward.... I also own all the DVD's.....

Literally so good. I loved seeing Bella and jacob’s relationship grow into a beautiful friendship. However, not having Edward there made some parts kind of boring, but that anticipation was worth it at the end of whenever they went to Italy and saved him. I love whenever Bella and Edward see each other again after Italy because after being pretty much dead inside for so long, they found each other. They reignited their love and it was just amazing from there.
