I have tried twice to create a new edition so that I can upload a new cover (like the one displaying on the Amazon sales page. But both times the cover is blank in the new book page. How do I create an edition showing the uploaded cover, please?

Martin | 38595 comments When you create a new edition or alternate cover edition you have to put the cover in, it doesn't add automatically. If you have created an edition without a cover you can add it from the editing page.

Thank you for helping out. Yes, I did load the cover each time. I went to the page with one of the new entries with the blank cover but there's no way to edit it.

Any help would be appreciated. I'm running a promotion for this book soon so I'm keen to get the current cover up.

Holly Bell (hollybellac) | 11 comments I also noticed that my author profile lists only 6 out of my 8 books but when I go to those books I can't see how to claim them.

Martin | 38595 comments When you created the new editions did you remove spaces from author name? That would move them to a different profile.

Martin | 38595 comments If a cover has been changed but ISBN or ASIN remains the same you should add alternate cover edition not new edition. I have done this one for you https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
If you know the date that the new cover was first used you can change the published date.

I'm thinking of rebranding the series so I'll get plenty of practice but I hope you won't mind if I come back to you if I get stuck.
