You can nominate more than one! If we end up with too many options, I will select the books that were suggested most often to include in the poll
I second The Phantom of The Opera by Gaston Leroux.I also have some more suggestions:
The Mystery of Edwin Drood by Charles Dickens
The Moonstone by Wilkie Collins
The Tenant of Wildfell Hall by Anne Bronte
Agnes Grey by Anne Bronte
Hi! I'm new to the group but this sounds amazing and would love to participate in this! I have a few recommendations myself:Ethan Frome by Edith Wharton
Dream of the Red Chamber by Tsao Hsueh-Chin
I Am a Cat by Natsume Soseki
Efuru by Flora Nwapa
I second East of Eden (though won't read along as it was the last book I read). I would also like to add The Grapes of Wraith by John Steinbeck.
I third The Phantom of the Opera. Can I also second Shirley by Charlotte Bronte? How many am I allowed to vote for? 😅
You can vote for as many previous suggestions as you want, but I think maybe we should start to limit new suggestions to one or so each because all the options are getting a bit overwhelming!
I'll second The Idiot by Dostoevsky and I'd also like to recommend The Master and Margarita if that's okay :)
The poll to decide on next month's book has been created, and so nominations are now closed! Thank you to everyone who suggested a book!
