I will have a look at Steve Brusatte, since he uses both Steve and Stephen. The primary author has to be the same on all editions, so I will look under which name Rise and Fall of the Dinosaurs was originally published.

ETA: done; all editions have Steve on the cover. Corrected the author to Steve Brusatte on all editions.

Book pages can indeed take some time to show the updated version, but the books in #7 were not yet corrected when I looked at them.

It says 15 mins when you save it.. Didn't Dean Koontz used to be Dean R Koontz ? ..

He publishes under both names, so there are also two profiles: Dean Koontz and Dean R. Koontz.
