Thanks deb. I have to say doing the Determination List and also the challenge is opening me up to books I never would have thought to read. That would have been a loss for me for sure.

I agree. I've been thinking about that this week. I've read a couple of books i've owned for years, which i'm glad to finally read. On the other hand, i'm reading some so-so that i could have done without.

It's a mixed bag but Friday i looked at my last three years of Books Read & realized my very favorites have been for our DLs & Challenges. So, wheat with the chaff?

It looks like I will finish my 2024 Determination List with 9 out of 12 books read. For me that is really good as I also completed our 50 book challenge this year.

I'll figure out my 2025 list by Jan. 1. Right now GR is being cranky and wont let me make a new post.

I have to say I enjoy making these lists almost as much fun as reading the books ! LOL

Your last line says it all for me. I haven't read much this month but have spent much more time looking at my TBRs, making notes for the Challenge, whichever way i end up going. It's relaxing for me.

Congratulations on an outstanding year of reading, Alias. To finish so many DLs, as well as the entire Challenge is remarkable. I hope '25 is as good, if not better!
