On The Same Page discussion

To start, we're looking for at least 12 books for 2024 (1 per month) with the potential for 24 or even 36 for the year. Maybe with 2 to 3 books a month each from a different Genre? Anyway, make your recommendations here please!

- Blood Over Bright Haven by M. L. Wang: sci-fi/fantasy, dark academia, standalone

- The Mask of Mirrors by M. A. Carrick (part 1 of the Rook & Rose trilogy): urban/high fantasy with Venetia vibes

- Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo (part 1 of the Six of Crows duology): high fantasy, heist

- The Amulet of Samarkand by Jonathan Stroud (part 1 of the Bartimaeus sequence): Urban Fantasy in our world

- The Jasmine Throne by Tasha Suri (part 1 of The Burning Kingdoms trilogy): India-inspired high fantasy

Ok could recommend a lot but these are some series I haven’t started yet/or are to be released this year:

Atonement of The Spine Cleaver - F.E Bryce

The Sparrow - Mary Doria Russle (Si-Fi)

Bloodguard - CeCe Roberts (Romantasy that follows a MMC, not a FMC…comes out in June…super interested in following a MMC in this genre)

My best series this year was comparable with ACOTAR - the Kindred Curse Saga
