What is your favorite book and why?

I'll start! Harry Potter series. This was probably the first book that really got me into reading. I love that it compels the imagination to transport me to a different world, one of connection and possibility.

That's such a tough question...
I guess right now it's Lonesome Dove. I didn't expect to like it so much but I do. I wonder though if it hit me the way it did because of my position in that moment of time when I read it.

I have a bunch of favorites but I guess the one I love the most was the one I tattooed a quote from!
