"My Friend Anne Frank" by Hannah Pick-Goslar. Great autobiography and written in such a compelling way which I miss these days in most other newly published books.
I’ll finish it later today, but I have really been enjoying is “The Wednesday Sisters,” by Meg Waite Clayton, which has patiently waited for me on kindle since May 2013. It’s about a group of women who bond at the playground with their children in the late 60’s early 70’s. They are readers and decide to become writers. We see major events of the times through their eyes and their own trials and tribulations. I was born in that time period and wish my mom was still alive to have a conversation about some of her experiences that I wasn’t bright enough to ask about when she was still here.
