Michelle Romano Hello, I am a new author. I am putting final touches on my first Christian fiction short story, Theo's Heart. I will post more once it's published.

If you are an author and have a short story (less than 100 pages) along the lines of these genres, I'd be happy to read it: Romance, Christian fiction, Inspirational, and non-fiction.

June | 10 comments Sounds like a good title. :) Do you mean 100 words, or another zero or so?

Welcome, Michelle!

I write historical and contemporary romances.

Like June, I was wondering about the word count. Less than 100 words would be appropriate for an article or a devotion.

I've published a short story that is 7,680 words.

"Maggie's Miracle" is a historical romance.

I use it as a freebie for newsletter subscribers, but I've also published it on Amazon as an ebook for purchase.

If you'd be interested in reading and reviewing, I'd be happy to send you a BookFunnel link that would give you the opportunity to download a copy in your preferred format. I wouldn't require you to subscribe to my newsletter.

The blurb:

A small-town nurse aches to serve her country.

A soldier returns from war, seeking direction.

Could one decision be life-changing for them both?

A nervous Maggie Winters prepares to perform an original song during the Memorial Day celebration in Riverton, Wisconsin. A nurse drawn to what the Red Cross is accomplishing overseas, she’s accepted that her small rural town needs her. She can only hope that music will somehow ease the hearts of families who have lost loved ones in battle or are waiting for news from those still fighting on the front lines in Europe.

Raymond Connor, a soldier who sustained a permanent injury on the battlefield, visits Riverton with the intention of staying only long enough to mend a family rift with his uncle.

World War I is exploding across the ocean, but when sparks ignite between Maggie and Ray, will they discover another way to serve their country—but this time, together?

Michelle Romano Hello, I am a newer author, getting ready to publish my first novelette - (short story) around 10K words, Theo's Heart - an inspirational/spiritual/Christian fiction story.

I love the genres of romance, spiritual/inspirational, and christian fiction. I also love memoirs and nonfiction in these genres. I'd be happy to read books less than 100 pages. :) Either message me or reply here.
