Fantasy Book Club Series discussion

I finally got around to reading this one, about a year after I read the first 2 books. If the first book in the series started a little slow, this one started off at a run and didn't stop the entire book. I will admit that the book was dark, but I expected it this time and I think that reading a physical copy instead of listening to this in audio made it easier for me to gloss over some of the more gruesome parts. It was a very good end to the series and I appreciate all of the twists and turns.
