This book was OK. The main character seems a little cold. Might or might not continue with this series.

Here's my review. Beware of very slight spoilers below:

I liked this mystery overall. The MC was interesting, and I thought the plot came together well. My only caveat would be that the murder itself doesn't happen until chapter eight, and the book suffers for it. I'm hoping that this is just a case of First-Book-itis and the plot will get going a bit faster in the others. Not too enthused about the impending love triangle, but I'm not a fan of that particular conceit in general.

A really bad reading year overall. I had a lot going on this year.
