After loving the first Cormoran Strike book ("Cuckoo's Calling"), I picked this up as soon as it came out, but then didn't get a chance to read it. Of course, Galbraith is actually J.K. Rowling, so it's no surprise I love him/her. I figure this week's challenge is a great time to pull this out again. I'm always amazed by Rowling's ability to have written the youthful Harry Potter books and then follow them up with the very adult content of Casual Vacancy and the Cormoran Strike mysteries.

How are you liking the follow up to Cuckoo's Calling? I read the first Cormoran Strike book for the Book a Friend recommended week. I had avoided JK's post-Harry Potter books because I was afraid I wouldn't like and it might spoil the magic of the series. How was I wrong! I look forward to reading the second book, I might do it for the challenge.
