ok so the private school i went to was really weird and icky yk so public school isn’t that great bus considering it’s free it’s okay yk? at least the teacher isn’t hitting kids or gaslighting us like the private school i went to 🫠

most the schools i went to got shooting threats. one time a girl brought a knife and was trying to kill a girl in my class

i remember that alarm test and like none of our phones went off for some reason

and yeahhh my dads gf brother once made a joke abt harming a kid at school and him and all his sibling got expelled..

i remember when we watched a short film in class about cyber bullying and the main character literally graphically committed and i was like “???? wtf.” cuz i knew kids in that class had struggled w it before so it was weird to be so graphic abt smt so serious and not warn kids 🫠

my school removed all the mirrors in the school ☹️☹️

one time in 7th grade they closed the downstairs 7th grade bathroom because kids were vaping in there, so everytime u needed to go and u were downstairs the teacher would make the entire class room come with you and you had to leave the door open...

I'm not sure how that fixed anything considering you were still allowed to use the upstairs 7th grade bathroom?

this year we had a new stem teacher and i adored her but she was just a long time sub and left school a few weeks ago

I was thinking about whether or not I should apply for an English Honors class and if any of you thought that was a good idea. Suppose any of you have important information about the Honors class, that would be greatly appreciated.
I really like English class and I've also heard that having an Honors class usually looks good on a college application (if I decide I'd want to go to a college). My only worry is that I got 'late eighth grader' on the most recent iReady test. Is it still a good idea to apply to Honors knowing that fact? I'm unsure on how much of a problem that is also considering I've gotten pretty good grades in ELA this year.

im cst too. dang yall got some crazy stuff at ur school. my high school is pretty ratchet as well. there’s a senior. 5 kids, 5 different women. but other than that it isn’t too strict there, literally my dad walks in sometimes without authorization just giving me something i forgot. we got wild lunches too 🤯

we had testing yesterday so we didn’t get lunch till 1pm 😭

today the fire alarms went off and my teacher pulled me out of class to ask me who i saw go into the girls bathroom (i sit near the entrance in the back) and i told her abt this girl who went in and when she came out the fire alarm was going off. later i found out the alarm triggered was our girls bathroom in our classroom and i saw the girl in the office and my teacher said "you were VERY helpful"

the girl confessed to vaping😭

all they boys in my class are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo annoyinggggggggggggggggggg (no offense if anyone whose a boy saw this those boys are definitely not you)

yesterday i was sitting in the hall and the teacher put some boys out to take a test and they were yapping the wholeeee time and kept asking other ppl for answers

yeah before class even starts mostly almost all the boys are playing games on their chromebooks most of the girls are talking to each other and only very few people are reading like me ( I'm always reading before class if I get a really good book)

so because of the snow week our district extended the semester but my online classes don't follow that schedule so I've finished all of this semesters work so next week ill have two free periods to read!!!!!
