Young Adult Fiction for Adults discussion

As someone with multiple health issues, I find it comforting to read young adult books about characters with disabilities. If someone could give suggestions of some, it would be much appreciated. Especially about a character with heart issues as recently, i discovered I have POTS.

I like Lois McMaster Bujold’s Vorkosigan saga - As described in Shards of Honor and Barrayar, Miles was born with skeletal conditions after an assassination attempt during his mother Cordelia’s pregnancy. Abhorring the idea of a disabled heir, Miles’s paternal grandfather keeps trying to murder Miles when he’s transferred to an artificial uterus and after his birth.

Good writing - can't speak to the disability angle.
