Netflix is also adapting Run Away by Harlan Coben into a series.

Netflix seems to love Coben. Just about all of them are cast and filmed internationally, mostly in the UK. I’ll be watching these two.

To your point, it’s harder to mess up a mystery because you’ve got to respect the story arc that embeds clues needed to solve the thing. You’d have to materially change the story to make in work. In a romance, they’ve got way more liberties available.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 1133 comments Looking forward to this. I've seen a couple of Harlen Coben adaptations on Netflix and enjoyed them very much. The Stranger with Richard Armitage is excellent.
