Hi! I'm Kayleigh. I'm a writer and freelance editor looking to gain experience in manuscript editing. I have a degree in English and Linguistics and have written a YA dystopian romance novel. I'm currently writing two novels, a literary speculative fiction and another dystopian romance (you can see the common trend here!). My editing experience is mostly in short nonfiction texts such as essays, business reports and medical proposals but my passion is long form fiction. I typically read sci-fi, dystopian, low fantasy, psychological thrillers, contemporary fiction and literary fiction but am open to reading/reviewing anything.
I am offering free copy editing on any chapter (8k words maximum) to the first 5 writers who contact me. In exchange, I would be incredibly grateful if you can write a small review of my services.
