Hiii! So I was planning to start looking for a mod when we hit 30 members, and now we're at 37, which is so crazy, so I'm already looking for one!! I plan to add one mod now and one when he hit 90-100 members!! Sooo here are a few requirements of a mod:
➳ Be active in the group!
➳ Be able to read/recommend BOTM's
➳ Be friendly and kind to everyone!
➳ Be willing to invite friends and try to grow the club
