Am I the only one who cried when we found out that she never had a chance to get the job? TT That was extremely heartbreaking.
Right up there with the Love Hypothesis especially since the characters' worlds were connected between the two books. Better book bf for sure as Jack was more open that Adam!

I felt so bad for her because it was her life goal, forget life dream. And just the way it played out. The romance was okay- this is probably my favourite book by this author, I struggle with spice but I honestly emjoyed it in this
then there's all the sexism she had to naviagate I was fuming when reading through this but at the same time glad to see her reacting to it like I was . Usually characters react the opposite to me so.
I loved this book to the core. Jack Smith - ugh! The way he took care of her. One of Ali's best works so far that I have read!

ME TOO! I was ruin when she found out. I was like "YOU ASS, JACK! YOU ASS!". And then I was kicking my feet and giggling when he took care of her. UGH. Like okay, Jack, I guess you're okay. LOL
