request sponsers and get some stuff sometimes

you request it for your tribute here then someone else has to decide to sponsor that request.

Is there a specific amount of times you can request per game or something? Is there a specific amount of times you can fulfill that sponsorship? Can you do it for a tribute that's on your team? I feel like this could easily be heavily exploited in multiple ways.

yes so if you are allied you can not. you can only do it for people of different districts (like I could not give Verene a sponsorship and vice versa). you can ask as much as you would like but can only sponsor three times per RPer
