Personally, since the Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson profile is the most complete and includes both the author's legal name and pseudonym, I would make it the primary author for all editions and remove "Questlove" and "Ahmir Thompson" as authors. Just my opinion, though.
Thanks gem! That is kind of what I was thinking too. I will wait and see what others say before I start merging those authors.gem wrote: "Personally, since the Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson profile is the most complete and includes both the author's legal name and pseudonym, I would make it the primary author for all editions and remove..."
If the full name Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson is printed on the covers of any edition, I agree with gem. If only Questlove or Ahmir Thompson appear on cover the editions, I think the rule that the name should match the cover should apply. However, I'm unsure of established practise in these cases, so I'm also interested in hearing from other librarians with long experience.

Questlove & Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson (AKA)
So it would seem that we have 3 different profiles for the same author? I was just wondering if they should be merged and if so, under which name? The name: Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson has the most complete profile with bio data & a picture and 15 works listed. The other 2 only have the name. Ahmir Thompson has just this 1 work listed & Questlove has 13.
I appreciate any advice you guys can offer!
