There's currently an issue with the Amazon Bot that is marking editions as Invalid in error. I have reset this one to Public. It will take some time for the message at the top of the book page to go away.
Thank-you Melanie, thought it was worth checking since I noticed it.
I assume this version has been removed as it was self published, but it was still a valid version of the book so I don't understand why it's been removed from the catalogue.
