I hate Keera right now. She's just being self-centered and selfish.
One of my biggest pet peeves in books is when there is a strong female character who spirals into self-destruction when something bad happens. It's like the author is running out of storyline ideas, so they try to make it sound like it's completely normal for someone who fights all their life to suddenly stop and just hide and feel sorry for themselves. That's the reason I absolutely hate the third Hunger Games book. Katniss should have never given up, lol.

I agree with you. I'm really not liking her. My only redeeming thought is that her pushing everyone away and drinking is her way of trying to keep her friends safe. I wish that she would try a different way to fight Damien who I hate.

Yes, she is allowing him to win by giving up.

Finished. There was a lot going on here, but I didn't like this one as well as the others. Keera was on my nerves the whole book, lol. After she started taking action, she just felt sorry for herself and blamed herself for everything literally the entire book. The ending had some promise, though.
WTH! Killian and Riven are the same person. Wow! I didn't see that coming. I knew there was something he was keeping secret. I'm ready for Damian to die already.

I know, that blew me away! I had no idea. He kept his secrets well.

Yes, he did and it cost Nicholas mother's life.

Finished. I didn't like this one as much as the other two books. I was frustrated most of the book. The way it ended it seems like their will be another book.
Sheri wrote: "Those were my exact thoughts. Keera annoyed me the whole book."
Most of the book I was really wanting it to hurry up and end. lol
