The default edition is not even a real book, but a proof version that was never listed for sale. I was hoping to be able to remove it, or at least combine it with the real paperback version, but I don't have access to the other versions still.

I moved both of those edition to your profile as well and deleted that proof version. Let me know if there is anything else that needs to be done :-)
