March is here, and so is our first book pick: "User Friendly"!

This captivating book by Cliff Kuang and Robert Fabricant promises to take us on a fascinating journey through the untold story of user experience (UX) design.

Get ready to gain valuable insights from the combined expertise of a leading journalist and a pioneering designer, offering a unique blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

"User Friendly" has been recognized by Amazon Best Books and Fortune Writers and Editors, making it a highly acclaimed and credible choice for our first read.

As we start this shared learning experience, I'm excited to hear your thoughts, reflections, and insights gleaned from "User Friendly."

Please feel free to share:

- What initially drew you to join the book club?
- Have you read "User Friendly" before? If so, what are your initial impressions?
- What are you hoping to learn or gain from this book?

I'm looking forward to an engaging discussion!

Lisa (heroineinabook) | 1 comments As someone incredibly new to the UX field (I'm still working on my coursework), anything I can do to further my interest is helpful! I have not read User Friendly before but I have just checked it out of the library. Here's to a great conversation!

Lisa Najarian | 1 comments Hi! I was initially drawn to the book club because I feel I’m becoming stagnant in my UX knowledge. I have good intentions to read related books and articles but then I never get to them. I’m excited to be held accountable here, and am also looking forward to the discussions and hearing different perspectives.
I have not read the book before.

Kemie | 1 comments Hi!
I'm hoping this book club will help motivate me into tackling my to-read pile, at least the ux part of it. Looking forward to getting more out of the books through discussion with fellow uxers.

Haven't read the book, but looks interesting!
