More Trees Please discussion

Hello Tree Fronds! I've been away for awhile, and I'm sorry for that. I moved from Tokyo to Vancouver in 2020 to pursue my Phd in Forestry at UBC. I'm studying the Japanese practice of shinrin yoku (forest bathing) and have been guiding people for 4 years to support them in connecting with nature for mental and physical health.
