I recommend Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers, Always to Remember by Lorraine Heath, Divergent by Veronica Roth, Never Seduce a Scot by Maya Banks, The Beautiful Ones by Lori Brighton, The Duchess War by Courtney Milan, Archetype by M.D. Waters, and Intentions of the Earl by Rose Gordon. These are quite different romances but all either standalone or the first book in the series.
Let me add three more: Mine Till Midnight by Lisa Kleypas, Romancing the Duke by Tessa Dare, and Rogue's Honor by Brenda Hiatt.
“Once upon a broken heart” I’m currently reading the series and I am painfully inlove with the main character. 🥲🌹
This series is EVERYTHING to me.
Christmas in Coconut Creek by Karissa KinwoodEgomaniac by Vi Keeland
Sweet Addiction series by J. Daniels
Wolf Gone Wild series by Juliette Cross
Billionaire series by Max Monroe
Dear Ava by Ilsa Madden-Mills
Not sure what kind of tropes you like in romance books. These are some that I enjoyed.
Tiger's Curse by Colleen HouckI'm not much into Romance books, but I did enjoy reading this slow/moderate burn, love triangle, adventure series. If you don't mind reading about adventure and Indian mythology.
I tend to hate romance books but I read two Ali halzelwood's books and actually loved them. My favourite was 'love, theoretically'
Since You’ve Been Gone, Second Chance Summer, or pretty much anything by Morgan Matson. The Cheat Sheet, When In Rome (I haven’t read it, but my friends have, and I’ve heard nothing but good reviews), or anything by Sarah Adams. Better Than The Movies, Betting On You (I didn’t love it, but my friends did) or anything by Lynn Painter. Hope this helped :) These are all my favorite romance authors.
Ali Hazelwood’s The Love Hypothesis was a great read. I also recently read One Day in December (Josie Silver) which was good.
Anything Sarah Adams (but I’d start with The Cheat Sheet) if you’re looking for something fluffy, but Magnolia Parks if you want a deep, emotional romance 💕
Seven Year SlipI cannot emphasize enough how good this book is. I read it before it became famous. Sad it didn't win goodreads award, when it clearly deserved to.
Seven Year Slip was one of my favorites last year! I was hoping it would have won over Emily Henry’s Happy Place book in the Goodreads awards.
Dancing at the Harvest Moon (K. C. McKinnon)A Peculiar Chemistry (Kitty Ray)
Winter Solstice (Rosamunde PIlcher)
Safe Haven (Nicholas Sparks)
Frenchman's Creek (Daphne DuMaurier)
Deceptions (Judith Michael)
A Tangled Web (Judith Michael) it's the sequel of "Deceptions"
the three first novels by Anita Shreve
