Hi everyone,

We are now at Chapter 19 of "The Unmaking of June Farrow." June has just been questioned at the sheriff's station by Caleb. Eamon has arrived to take her back home. June is upset and has just found out the Caleb is her brother?

Chapter 19
Esther was waiting for June when they arrived back at the farm. Eamon and Esther explained to June that Caleb was Susanna and Nathaniel's son. June wanted to know why Susanna had left her. Esther told her that Susanna had no choice in leaving. She left because of Nathaniel. Nathaniel thought Susanna's behaviors were unnatural. He wanted to save her through religion. Susanna found out she was pregnant and Nathaniel wanted Esther to poison the baby, which was June. He didn't want the town to know that the minister's son had gotten a Farrow girl pregnant. Esther told her to go back to her time, because Nathaniel was dangerous. Susanna crossed back three times. Nathaniel married Susanna. Susanna was afraid for June's safety. Susanna asked Esther to take June through the door as she could no longer do that. Caleb was born soon after, but Susanna became sick. Caleb became vengeful about the Farrow women.

Esther left. June and Eamon went inside. June went to her room, thinking about what had just happened. There was so much to think about. She thought about Eamon...She remembered when they were married. Feelings are returning....June thought about Susanna...

June found out that Nathaniel did not treat Susanna well. Susanna was going back back and forth for her safety and June's. Caleb has anger towards June because of their mother and the murder of Nathaniel. What can June do to stop that? How far will Caleb go for justice? June has unexpected feelings returning about Eamon. Can she fight them? What about Mason? The longer she stays, the more she is feeling connected to her family from the past.

What are your thoughts? Should June stay or go back?

Have a good day.

Sincerely,

-Donna
