I've just finished a book series and was wondering if any of y'all would have any recommendations for a new series or standalone book to read?

Torth Majority.
Beware of Chicken.

The Land.
It depends what you’re into…

I so love Beware of Chicken!! So amazing. I soured on Cradle over the ending -horrible. I haven't read the others.
I did start Qi = MC2. I'm enjoying it. It needs a good editor, but the story and characters work. Anyway
Hmmm, I've read The Land, Cradle, And All the skills, and I loved those. What are the perfect run, Torth children, and Beware the chicken about?

A man finds himself in a cultivators body. He knows how hard life is in a set and doesn't want to die, so he leaves and starts farming. I'm loving it. It's worth a read. Light hearted and still a cultivation story. The rooster is the real cultivator.
I ran across this new book series, and Initially I thought it was gonna be yet another LITRPG/System type story. Don't get me wrong, I do love me these types of books as I read a lot of them. But this one is... Different. The first 4 chapters followed what I'd expect, MC is going through some internal shtuff, some weird shyte happens, and he is thrust into an apocalyptic nightmare. But then the author shifted the MC's story, and it started over! Like the MC was gaining skills and was on his way to getting OP, but then he is thrown to another world, a "Cultivation" World and all of his skills and stuff are gone, and he is weak again and starts over! And the System that is tied to him, well let's just say it is not cookie cutter, It's almost like the system is its own character.
I just wanted to tell some folks about it because it's different, and I want the author to keep at it, I am really enjoying what I'm reading, so I am posting it wherever I can to I guess try and help him/her/them. Anyway, here is the link to this book/novel.
And yes, it is FREE to read!

I recommend the series "This is not an Apocalypse" on amazon, its a cultivation/litrpg-esque story set in the modern world, slow burn with a rags to riches type theme. The first book is free to read on Royal Road. This is not an Apocalypse: Current Times
