I actually like Hill after the way he treated Bertha Ray. The poor woman didn't have a clue what was going on. I felt bad for her. She only tried to help her son's friend with a baby.Hill did save the woman's life. He insisted that she get out of town immediately. If she delayed even a day she would be dead.
Hill showed great compassion with Bertha Ray, which I found surprising. I found it difficult to believe she has no clue about the kidnapping, like she was living under a rock or something. Hill definitely saved her life by advising her to leave town.
It was clear to everyone that Bertha was not involved.Yes, Hill saved her life. I was on the fence about him until this episode. Now, he is very appealing and he deserves better than being hung up on a woman who will never love him back. I really hope Force does not draw this out.
It didn’t take me long to rule Bertha out and Hill came to that conclusion quickly. He had empathy for this woman and definitely saved her life. Yes, this helped soften the sharp edges around Hill.
