message 2: by [deleted user] (new)

Okay! I'm heading to bed now but I'll be on tomorrow! :) Looking forward to seeing your character. I hope you're doing alright!

message 3: by [deleted user] (new)

Are simple characters ok?

Gender: Female
Appearance: description

message 5: by [deleted user] (new)

Okay! I forgot thr plot for this one... 😅

message 6: by [deleted user] (new)

Would love an enemies to lovers one too - I have a few ideas but not a ton

message 7: by [deleted user] (new)

What was your plot for this one again?

message 8: by [deleted user] (new)

Idk...I have just basic ideas-

King x servant girl - king marries servant girl out of spite but does not love her, at first

Any enemies to lovers plot

Something fantasy

Doctor x experiment

Kidnapper x experiment

Girl has unusual powers of some sort and is thrown into an arena with another warrior and they must fight. Bets are tossed, the game is close. The girl puts up a tough fight but despite her efforts she loses and she is sold to another potential warrior for training to try better. She is bought by your warrior, and her fate is determined by the warrior. This could be an enemy to lover rp also actually..

message 9: by [deleted user] (new)

Oh ok

message 10: by [deleted user] (new)

Let me know what you think about any of these?

message 11: by [deleted user] (new)

Okay! I just thought of it on the spot haha!

message 12: by [deleted user] (new)

Are you still on hiatus-ish?

message 13: by [deleted user] (new)

Okay

message 14: by [deleted user] (new)

Well I'll use this same character. You can make a character, give him a power maybe. I'll make up a power for her.

message 15: by [deleted user] (new)

Kk!

message 16: by [deleted user] (new)

Sure!! I don't have any ideas about different species per say but if you have any ideas please go for it! I was thinking for powers for mine...could be like electrical vibrations of sorts? Like to levitate herself for brief periods, throw certain items if she is close enough, and also produce temporary force fields?

message 17: by [deleted user] (new)

Yeah does that make sense?

message 18: by [deleted user] (new)

Yeah for sure! Should the winner of the battle win the loser, or should someone in the crowd win her?

message 19: by [deleted user] (new)

Would they be enemies to lovers? Cassie (girl above who I'll use) will definitely put up a fight. Maybe as a human with powers she has grown up in this world of fighting?

message 20: by [deleted user] (new)

Okay! Yeah I think she probably would fight him for awhile if she can- though would it hurt her for him to take her powers or is that individual?

message 21: by [deleted user] (new)

He looks so cool!

message 22: by [deleted user] (new)

That's sort of what I was thinking. And if she's stubborn it would have more of an effect on her for either becoming more rebellious because she loathes him or tame her down because it's not comfortable.

message 23: by [deleted user] (new)

Okayyyy!

message 24: by [deleted user] (new)

:P

message 25: by [deleted user] (new)

So should we start then? Have Cassie down in the fighting ring??

message 26: by [deleted user] (new)

Who should start? I can try playing the opponent if you want, or you can. Either way.

message 27: by [deleted user] (new)

Okay sounds good. That would be better. And okay!

message 28: by [deleted user] (new)

Cassie stepped out into the sandy arena, knowing this place had become the dying grounds of many men and women. It might be her turn tonight. Not everyone was slain, but often that was the case if the announcer in control of the fights didn't stop them in time. She knew she was a small woman, exhausted already from the life she was leading; but what was she to do?

She faced her opponent who weighed at least twice her weight and appeared four times as strong. Battle scars wrapped around his skin and a permanent frown was etched in his brow. Cassie was sure she'd heard a growl rise from his throat.

Jeers and insults flung down upon them from the audience, the betting crowd. They shouted and put money on who they thought would win, or who they wanted to lose the fight. Cassie had an air of beauty about her that had somehow survived all these years, but facing this man, there was no telling if it would last.

"Begin!" shouted the announcer, and Cassie steadied herself, willing her powers to prepare. She needed to stay alive.

message 29: by [deleted user] (new)

Cassie had expected the man to charge. She braced herself and shot out her hand in front of herself. As he ran at her, she sent a nearly invisible wave of something at him. It hit the man as if he'd run into a brick wall and knocked him backwards. Meanwhile, Cassie scurried away and looped around behind the man. She repeated the action, tossing a force field at him just below his ribs.

The crowd looked interested as this small woman did not back down from fighting this huge man. It was like a mouse taunting a tiger, even. Hilarious with how pathetic it really looked.

message 30: by [deleted user] (new)

Cassie stumbled back to her feet. All the man needed to do was tire her out enough before crushing her. She knew that. It wouldn't be that hard for him if he got past her defense. She thrust another shockwave at him to throw him off balance once more and jumped, suddenly levitating for a few seconds as she readied another force field with which to slam him.

message 31: by [deleted user] (new)

Cassie was going to try winning for herself because she needed to stay alive. She had no desire to die. Back and forth they fought. A few times, Cassie wasn't as accurate as she needed to be and the big man was able to throw her at least once. She grunted, peeled herself off the sandy ground, and went right back at it to fight the man. She would not stop if it was the last thing she did. The crowd was loving it anyway, for no one expected such a small woman to survive the beatings of a huge man.

message 32: by [deleted user] (new)

Cassie's head spun and she tasted blood. As she lay dazed on her side for a moment, she spotted the man charging at her again - or were there two men? She blinked, raising a hand and shooting a force field at his head to knock him off balance. Cassie stumbled to her feet, feeling very bruised and battered. A gash had opened up along her side from the amount of times she'd been slammed and oozed blood over her simple shirt. She spat blood from her mouth and tossed more of her power at the oncoming man.

message 33: by [deleted user] (new)

The attacker seemed to almost crumple a little from some unknown source. Cassie's body was throbbing and she was surprised nothing had broken at this point. She worked to peel herself from the sand but the action was painful. No pain, no gain, she thought, and it somehow applied to her life. She couldn't keep her life without feeling some sort of pain. She grunted and threw as big of a force field at him before crumpling to the sand in a heap.

message 34: by [deleted user] (new)

Cassie felt a sudden intense burning rise from her core, searing her insides. She curled into herself after trying to throw up a protective shield for herself only to find it wasn't working. If anything, the pain grew worse and she let out a cry of pain before she could stop herself. She was not weak. Never would be! She groaned and slumped forward, not realizing when the woman nearby swung her up onto her shoulder.

message 35: by [deleted user] (new)

Cassie heard muffled voices but her vision had blurred and her battered body hurt so much that she couldn't concentrate on the words. She tried once to send a shock wave into whoever was nearby.

The men continued discussing what should be done, back and forth, until finally the decision for Ajax to pay them back had been made.

((Wasn't sure how long Ajax's powers would last so do with that what you wish))

message 36: by [deleted user] (new)

((Okay! If I ever write something that doesn't work with what he did let me know so I can fix it!))

A growl rose in Cassie's throat at the voice, and the hand that restrained her. But she let her arm go limp. Who dared tell her how to act. It was the life of being a prisoner of war, especially a human with abilities, but it did not mean she had to like it. Or obey.

message 37: by [deleted user] (new)

As they walked back to the tent, Cassie's head lolled to the side. She was nearly out of it again from all the jostling and movement. Her side was still bleeding and it was starting to leak onto Ria. When they stepped into Ajax's tent, the crowds surrounding them had mostly dissipated and gone back to whatever they were up to, ready to watch the next fight down in the arena.

message 38: by [deleted user] (new)

The two were left alone in the commander's tent while he himself went off to clear out the crowds. It was a rough crew of people out there with buying or selling warriors and betting on the strength of their powers, but that was what they did.

Cassie was laid on a cot. She shifted a little and muttered something under her breath. The moment Ria got close to her, Cassie turned and blasted her across the tent and into the wall. She scrambled to her feet, staggering, and stumbled for the exit of the collapsing tent as blood welled up at her wound.

message 39: by [deleted user] (new)

Cassie's power was only weak because she was at the time being. She spat out a mouthful of blood and wiped her mouth with the back of her hand. "Don't touch me," she growled, vision spinning. She clambered back to her feet and shot her a glare before disappearing out of the tent entrance. It wasn't like she could move fast.

message 40: by [deleted user] (new)

Cassie crashed right into Ajax and fell to her knees, grunting. Her vision was tilting now and when she went to stand she stumbled to the side enough to fall back to her hands and knees once more. She had been hit hard and her equilibrium was off, on top of the pain she felt.

message 41: by [deleted user] (new)

"Get your hands off me," Cassie growled, trying to pull his hands away. He was much stronger than she was. Gripping his wrist, she pulsed her power, hoping to force his hand away from her. Everything hurt so much and she did not want to deal with this man.

message 42: by [deleted user] (new)

Cassie decided she hated this warrior for treating her like this. How dare he manhandle her and demand how she should and shouldn't act. She struggled feebly for a brief period but then stopped. When she was stronger later she would escape. The only time prisoners like her were bought and sold was when someone was bored with her powers in the ring, and then it would all start again. She would be forced in the arena or some battle once she was healed enough to stand on her own.

message 43: by [deleted user] (new)

Cassie groaned and muttered something. Her eyes had shut again. She wasn't fighting against the straps holding her legs down to the table and breathed through the pain. She wondered why she was putting herself through any of this. She'd always been a fighter from the day she was born.

message 44: by [deleted user] (new)

Cassie let out another moan when Ria started working her power. She didn't fight this, either. She allowed her mind to slip out of consciousness and drift off into an imaginary dream world.

Cassie had a lot of major internal bruising, and aside from a small bleed, she had come through alright. But the warrior she'd been pitted against could have crushed her if she'd been out there with him much longer.

message 45: by [deleted user] (new)

((Time skip?))

message 46: by [deleted user] (new)

((Okay! Is she still strapped down or can she get up and try to escape? Right now she is basically Ajax's slave prisoner so he can do whatever he wants to keep her.))

message 47: by [deleted user] (new)

((Okay gotcha!))

message 48: by [deleted user] (new)

Cassie woke slowly, feeling groggy from the past events of the recent fight. The pain she'd been feeling, especially in her side, had much improved so that she could hardly feel it at all. She blinked a few times, trying to adjust to the darkness. When she turned her head, she saw the man from before sitting upright in his chair. He was so close she could make out some of his scars. A frown rose on her lips. Cassie attempted to sit up only to find her arms were still bound.

message 49: by [deleted user] (new)

Cassie froze when the man moved. She must have just woken him up. She hadn't thought she had been very loud but it was good to know how light of a sleeper he was. She let out a silent breath and waited to see if he would go back to sleep or not.

message 50: by [deleted user] (new)

"No, I'm still sleeping," Cassie said sarcastically, brow narrowing at him. "Be good? What, you bought me now so you can throw me into the next arena fight like a dog?" She flexed her hands, feeling the rope twist against her skin.
