I need a graphic artist.

I have a copy of my book cover w/o any writing on it. Need it split in three (i.e., like three different banners).

Then blurb entered in each section.

Any recommendations?

Find a freelancer on "fiverr". Type what you're looking for into the search bar, and options will come up. Each person has reviews and it's really easy to use. I used them for my editing, and for my cover design.

I think that is called an A+ (I do them for authors here and there.) I'm assuming you have found an artist to help?
