Flaws in characters

Some of those are good, but I feel like a couple of them (like the picking at nail polish one) are less of flaws and more of mannerisms. They could technically be called flaws, but they never really contribute much to the story the way a flaw like having no filter could. Some flaws that I've used for characters before include:
-Not understanding how to listen to and help others
-Not acknowledging when something is bothering them for the sake of others' feelings
-Overthinking everything and sabotaging themselves

- picking at their nail polish when they're bored, nervous, and/or focused
- they can't sit still. they will always move their stance when they talk. they shift their weight a lot when they talk
- They mess with the end of their shirt whenever they're nervous
- They dig their nails into the inside of their palm whenever they're trying not to cry
- They bite the bottom of their lip to the point of it getting swollen when they focus on things
- biting on necklaces when they are focusing
- drawing on themself when they're nervous
- pulling the strings on their clothing (like loose threads) when they're either focusing or trying not to cry
- Having no spacial awareness
- Having no filter
- Not catching sarcasm
