I am too. This is one that I was originally drawn to because I love the look of the cover with the VHS tape on it. . . . and I love this type of horror.
Oh, I'll hop in and join this one if that's fine. I bought this book earlier this year, but haven't had a chance to get to it yet, but I'm really looking forward to it as well :D
That sounds great, Jupiter! This is one of the next books on my list, so I plan to start it by the end of week.

Starting this one today. Hoping it’s going to be a good palate cleanser after the weepy mess that A Thousand Splendid Suns turned me into.
I don't remember what chapter I'm on, but I'm about 20% of the way in, and I just wanted to stop in and mention that I'm so puzzled, but I like it! The author does such a great job of setting up a creep factor from the very beginning, so I'm going to have to say this one is perfectly atomospheric!
I took a few days away from this one to read The Cloisters, and now I’m back and at the end of chapter 22 (45% through). This one just gets curiouser and weirder the further I get into it. Part of me is beginning to wonder if this is either a Midnight Mass or a The Village kind of setup, but everything is so strange and everyone is so secretive!
Finished through chapter 43 tonight, and I finally know what Dead Eleven refers to! This one is finally (2/3 of the way through) starting to pay off.
Sorry I haven't started reading this yet. It's been a weird month for me lol but I hope to start it tonight or tomorrow. Looking forward to reading it and hearing your insights!
I finished today and really ended up liking it. Hope to talk to you more about it once you get started with it :-)
I'm also just getting started on it--have barely had the chance to read this month, but I'm hoping to get through most of it this weekend :D

Everyone reads at their own pace during a Buddy Read. Because participants can be at different parts of the book at different times, it is extremely important to mark spoilers so that the book is not ruined for someone who is not as far along as others!!!
Mark spoilers by placing {spoiler} before the text and {/spoiler} after the text but use the < and > instead of the { and }.
