Proof copy removed. It might take a while for updates to show.In future, please do not bump posts more than once a day (or longer for some folders).
However, it looks like no one has even touched this for months, as many of these requests still have proof editions.

I went ahead and manually added the paperback edition with the correct ISBN and cover. Please remove the 'proof' edition.
