does anyone have any recs for cozy games I can play while listening to audiobooks?

(preferably on Switch, but I do own a ps5 and xbox)

I think the only one on that list that's not multi-platform is Animal Crossing. 😅

I love Unpacking!
It is about different stages of your life and having to unpack and decorate. The higher level/further in life you get there are more restrictions though because you can't place some items in some places.
I love to lay in bed and snuggle up with my dog and brontosaurus plushie and play the game while drinking some warm Earl Grey Tea with rain tapping on my windows and the lights in my room being dim.

I played it for the first time and I loved it so much a replayed it again a day after

If you play on PC and have Steam (or you can access Steam on a web browser) I wholeheartedly recommend "Wholesome Games ♥" curated games list! A lot of the games they post are cross-platform as well though they have to have a PC version listed on Steam to be added to their list. I keep my eyes out for their recommendations because they tend to be cozy or relaxing games. I would post a link, but Goodreads won't let me. 😅

But I don't always have time for such games. Sometimes I can play something like poker or slots on my phone. Such games are faster to play, but still bring me the same emotions. From time to time, I check this site https://casinoofthekings.ca/ which provides pretty detailed reviews of Canadian online casinos, and it's really helpful for me. I never play before finding out information about games, bonuses, and so on.
