Addicted to YA discussion

Has anyone finnished Priory of the Orange Tree because Im fine with reading like 800 pages in a day but I just cant get past the first chapter of this book. Its been lookimg all sad and unread on my shelf for a few weeks since I started reading. So how do I finnish it. 📚

I haven’t read it, but when I’m reading a long book I try to set an amount to read each day and then read a book I want to read more after reaching that goal.

There is in my TBR. I’m very excited to read this book!!

I tried to read A Day of Fallen Night and personally couldn't get through it. To plot heavy for me, but maybe Priory is different?

I just finished it a couple of days ago and it took me a month to finish it… I wish I could tell you the pace gets faster but it doesn’t 😭💔
It is a good story but dear lord it takes forever to get good 🥺

ok I just got ahold of A Day of Fallen Night and The Priory of the Orange Tree and which should I read first? Because sometimes prequels need you to be familiar with the world of the original book first so I’m not sure
