Robert I have withdrawn this book, along with the remainder of the 2012-15 old Middle Way Philosophy series, as it has been superseded by the new Middle Way Philosophy series that is being published by Equinox. A good place to start in the new series is The Five Principles of Middle Way Philosophy: Living Experientially in a World of Uncertainty. The exact focus on this book (on embodied meaning) will be reproduced by the fourth volume in the new series, 'Embodied Meaning and Integration', to be published early 2025.
